So my side buttons don’t work and now my thing doesn’t even charge I’ve had it wired for a couple days then decided to take it out and the wireless didn’t work so I opened up the software and it stays at 0% I need some help because these mice are way to expensive to buy a new one I’ve had it for a year now this happened and wow its annoying it says mice are warranted for two years only had mine for one and said no warranty lol

Your post is little chaotic so let’s start with this
1) open windows control panel select apps and remove the synapse and every other Razer softwere you have installed. Go to programfilesx86 and remove Razer folder. Open serach and copy paste this %AppData% and remove there in local and roaming Razer folder.
2) go to windows device menager and remove the mouse after that disconnect it from PC and reboot it. Obce PC start connect mouse it should install new driver.
3) download new synapse softwere from Razer website to avoid any corruption.
4) take izoprophylen and ear cleaner stick and clean two metal circle chager contacts on the back of the mouse. Nów mouse will have good contact with charger like it was when you take it out from the box.
5) if you still will have wirless issues re-pair the dongle with this. https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4868/~/how-to-use-the-razer-mouse-pairing-utility

If dont mistake you wrute about 3 issues not one so other two are solved ?
You can try to update the mouse firmware if you dont do it before. Here you find the updater and manual https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3750

You can try plug it directly into wall charger (from smartphone), to check if it'll charge the battery.
If not - RMA it, as the battery inside may be faulty.
