I have already tried the following:
1. Blowing compressed air into the buttons crevasses.
2. Restarting my computer and updating to the latest software.
3. Updating the Razer Synapse software.
4. Closing all apps to see if it is a problem with the app.
5. Closing Razer Synapse completely.
I am also using a external USB port because the laptop I have does not have USB A connectors on the side, it has USB C. The laptop is a Dell XPS 15" in case that matters.
I am not using the mouse wireless because I notice a big delay.
I do not think that I did anything to it because it was working completely fine when I got off, and when I got back on it didn't work.
I have been using them for Fortnite to quickly hotkey to weapons.
Thank you for your time and help.
I have already tried contacting support but it says I do not qualify for replacement. I was not trying to get a replacement I just wanted answers.

You can do two things. First reset mouse settings. In right upper corner of synapse click on wheel (settings) then go to reset and click reset next to mouse and confirm. If this dont help second thing is connect mouse to other PC friend or familly to see if this is hardwere issue.
