I fixed it myself
Here’s how
First use Razer Synapse to swap the left and middle buttons.
Then close Razer Synapse
After restarting Razer Synapse
Change the button back
It's done

It works fine after closing Razer Synapse

Please no one do this as he said above. After changing my keybinds I am unable to revert and my mouse is completely bricked now. EVen resetting to factory doesnt work
