I've had this controller less than 90 days and the right trigger will fail to fire when pressed or it will shoot while it's not being pressed. After closer inspection it appears to not be fully attached. Anyone else experience this? I DO have the trigger locks turned on. I also play Halo, an FPS, almost daily. I've NEVER dropped the controller ands it's never been bumped or etc. Also, I can't find the box it came in so I don't have my serial number to report the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
It’s happening to me as well, mine is under warranty mine is less than 6 months old. I have now started a ticket with Razer support. I need to find the receipt which I doubt I have.
I have similar problem! The problem is when the right trigger is not locked when I push it to the end with less power the steam test software says it does not pushed to the end! I tried with the left one and the right one feels like something doesn’t access to it to be pushed to the end without more power!
Today is 3-rd day since I bought it!
