I need a new mouse for work, but my wordplace does not allow thurd party drivers or software to be installed. Will the Razer Cobra wired gaming mouse install any drivers or third party software on my computer?

Most mouse will work with default Windows OS, but lack control for all extra features like control of lightning on mouse or buttons that aren’t assigned from internal storage onboard memory (if mouse have onboard memory that can store profiles and setup).
Go to Windows mouse setting to see what kind of control you have there for any mouse that can not run any Razer Central APP or the equivalent

From what I can see on this page your mouse seem to be a very limited in extra features (only have RGB lighting), so you will not miss out much of possible capabilities compared to any other work mouse. There are two thumb button as far as I can tell from picture on first page.
