Hello! I’ve had this mouse since 2023 and the battery life has pretty much gone to a couple hours before needing recharging, I’d like to order a replacement so I can swap it out. Is there a process I can go through for this?

I have similar problem that battery has degraded significantly.

Sadly, if your mouse’s warranty is already over, there is no chance to get a replacement battery from Razer. I’m trying to find it somewhere else (Amazon, Ebay, Aliexpress etc..) and it’s hard so far.

I was happy with this mouse but now I’m very disappointed that most likely I will have to junk it just because of the battery while it works fine in any other way. That’s very bad approach of Razer for 200$ product and that was a last time for me when I picked anything from this company.

It works fine wired for me so junking it seems a bit extreme. I'm doing the same trying to find something aftermarket.

Just get a new one. Changing a built in battery is an extremely risky move. You are way more likely of breaking your device entirely (as it is designed to be) hence, wasting your newly purchased battery and the device itself.

if you are stupid enough to buy a device with built in batteries instead of the ones with replaceable batteries, you should prepare extra cash to compensate yourself.

All batteries degrade even if you don’t use them. Let alone, if you use it daily. You don’t defy physics.

Keep buying a new one whenever your battery dies.

I mean.. you’ve made a decision to buy a device with built in batteries… you knew it’s a device with BUILT IN batteries hence it’s not replaceable.

Just keep buying a new one.

The battery IS replacable, just Razer does not sell replacement parts. I will NOT keep buying such expensive mouse every year or two just because battery has degraded.

Instead, I bought and replaced the battery on my own.
