Settings made in Synapse saved to mouse

Recently purchased basilisk V3 Pro 35K. This will be first time using Synapse. General question, After the mouse is detected by Synapse and I make any changes to the settings, am I correct that those will be automatically saved to the mouse so that if I take the mouse to another computer not running Synapse the mouse will remember those settings? Example, change the time that the mouse goes to sleep from inactivity from default to 15 minuters. Will that setting be saved if I take the mouse to another computer not running Synapse.
