I have long been looking for a solution to the problem, but could not find anywhere. The problem is that I cannot configure dpi. when I change the dpi slider it changes speed only along the X axis. in wireless mode, it changes only the Y axis. please help solve this issue
Hi there @iPeaceWalker , i happen to have the Razer Naga Epic too, tho i didnt bothered too much with the dpi settings, in the performance tab in Synapse 2 you have a tick box called Enable X-Y Sensitivity and when you click, both X-axis and the Y one will appear above the slider. And when you set the dpi there it'll be set for both of them. Have you tried that?

Well, I made a video of how the program works for me. I’ll say right away that nothing depends on the choice of the synapse version, this problem also existed on older versions 4 years ago, and maybe even earlier, as soon as the mouse went on sale. And I already begin to suspect that I have a defective mouse.

Wow, never seen that synapse version before lol. But i can assure you the mouse is working fine, that software is the problem of most of the cases out there. I strongly recommend you get the Synapse 2.0 version and try it in there. Although i can't really tell how your sensitivity feels like from the video, give it a try. Old Razer softwares are causing lots of problems indeed.

downloaded synapse 2.0. the problem is exactly the same.

X value does not change. turning on and off essentially does not change anything.

well, thank you for your help, apparently I will take a new Naga, it's time, heh
