I think it started 2 or 3 days ago. The mouse keeps restarting every minute or so, and I hear the Windows sound as if someone unplugged the mouse and then plugged it in again. I was using the older version of Synapse, so I tried to download the Synapse beta, but nothing changed. I also tried a different USB port, but it keeps cutting out for a couple of seconds, and then the light comes back on.
Have you tried upgrading the firmware for whatever mouse model it is that you have? if not, I would do this as it can resolve issues like you are experiencing.
Usually in most cases when you buy a new Razer mouse, they ship with the original firmware that was on them from the launch release era period. Sometimes but not always, you might get lucky and get one that was already flashed to a newer one but is not common, so upgrade the firmware to latest on the device.
