Viper Ultimate Nonstop Disconnecting

I’ve had this mouse for over a year and it hasn’t stopped working, until I unplugged it from charging one day and now whenever the dongle is plugged in it just connects and disconnects non stop every 2 seconds. It makes the windows disconnect/connect sound every time. I tried it on another computer without synapse or anything and it still does the same thing. I can’t update the firmware because it requires the dongle to be in but it won’t stay connected long enough to update. Anyone have ideas? Thanks
