When my laptop turn off the screen, I try to turn on the screen by moving my mouse(Viper Ultimate), but nothing happened, I cannot weak-up the screen, and the mouse will stop working for 1 minutes. This happened only when the screen just turn off and I move the mouse (be more precise: when screen turn off, wait about 3 seconds, and move the mouse). The mouse will wait about 1 minutes and then start working. Also if I re-plug in the USB dongle, the mouse will start working immediatly.
But if the computer has turn off the screen for a longer time, the mouse can work if I move it.
When this bug happened, I check the Synapse about the status of the mouse. The Synapse can detect the mouse, but shows 0% battery, where I have just fully charge it.
