Hello, I have a Razer V2 Pro Wireless gaming mouse and my PC is not detecting the dongle. I have tried all steps available online. I have tried using different ports, updated the mouse, but the dongle is not being detected at all. When I plug in the adapter to my PC it does not make the sound of a device being plugged in. Unfortunately, my warranty has expired. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?
