Where to repair Razer Naga Hex Wraith Red MOBA GAMING MOUSE (2016) in Madrid

Hi Guys, That is my first time ever using a forum on a website I hope it works! I just moved to Madrid and my Razer Naga Hex Wraith Red (Bought in 2016) broke some of the side buttons. They are deep stuck and don't work when I press them. I was wondering if there are any ways of repairing this mouse as I really want to keep using it. I am living in Madrid City Centre and would like to know of any possible means of repairing this mouse. Thanks in advance for any possible replies. really appreciate the help.

    It depends how it's damaged. If it's only deep stucked, I'd try to disassemble the mouse, and try to unstuck the buttons.

    Hi FiszPL! Thanks so much for your reply! I am not very skilled in that way. Do you have any idea of how to best come to do that? I don't have tools nor knowledge to try without breaking/damaging it..... If you have any advices I would appreciate. I checked a couple videos on mouse repairs and it feels pretty risky for me to try and do it myself.

    If you'll be careful, won't damage anything. Just check some disassembly video on the Internets (at least for the normal non-hex version of Naga - it should be very similar). If it's only plastic button is stucked, you can easilly unstuck it, if the side button switch is bent/damaged (you'll see it when you pull the side PCB board from mouse) - it can be only repaired by replacing switches itselt (requires soldering).

    I see. I still use the mouse the way it is, if open it and not be able to put it back together it will be worse then not touching it at all. that's why I wanted a professional to do it for me. I go there, hand him over the mouse, if he can save it great! if not, at least he will be able to piece it back together without further damage (I guess), and then I would be able to either use it the way it is today (Good enough for me as long as it doesn't get worse) or paying for a good repair service and living happily ever after lol. I googled a repair shop here. our conversation opened my mind to look for that option. Thank you for the reply. If you or anyone knows of any shops in Madrid city centre I would really appreciate the advice. if not I will try and contact the farther shop I found a bit away from the centre and see if they could do this magic for me.
