Wireless & bluetooth connection - Deathadder v2 Pro

Hello,
I just bought new DAv2 Pro. For some reason mouse do not work in wirless (2.4) neither BT mode. I had installed Synapse software. Mouse works perfectly fine while connected via cabel.

Wireless 2.4 case:
1) When I connect dongle to PC I can see that "HID-compliant mouse" and "Mouse compatible with HID" shows up in Device manager (previously there was also (or instead of, Im not sure) the second "Razer DeatAdder V2 Pro" device but I uninstalled it while debugging). As soon as I unplug the cable from the mouse and switch toggle to 2.4, the mouse stops working. Windows and Synapse can not see it.
2) I tired to download and use Razer Mouse Pairing Utility. The pairing process went without any problems.
3) I checked other USB ports. I'm 100% sure that they works fine.
4) I do not own any other computer with USB port to check if it related to my PC or the mouse itself.

BT case:
1) I tried to connect my mouse to MacBook M1 but I can not set mouse to pairing mode. Ofc I moved toggle to BT mode and pressed&hold 3 buttons at once (both side buttons and upper button) for 3 or more seconds just like it is shown there but my mouse doesn't blink.

I run Windows 10 21H1 on my PC. Let me know if you need more specific information about my hardware or software.

EDIT:
I uninstalled the devices from Device manager. I manually installed drivers from official site. I reinstalled Synapse. Problems still occures. Mouse is charged to 100%.

Good day.
I faced the similar problem with BT.
Before that I have successfully used DAv2 pro about 6+ month both in BT mode for M1 mac as in 2.4 with PC.
Some times I had a trivial issue with BT connection but it solving was pretty easy. Just removing the device on mac side and the mouse become available for new connection.

But everything changed last night, when I leave it for a charge in BT mode (I'm not sure is this info really important because I did it before a lot of time) but the truth is now the mouse do not send any signals via BT.
It works via 2.4 and usb but BT seems as almost dead. When I switch to BT mode the lighter is off (the same with OFF plugger option) but why almost is because there is some red signal is visible from the optical sensor.

I have google the issue and it provides me some possible solutions but they didn't help

- update firmware
- factory reset
- 3 buttons (2 side + 1 dpi up)

I love that mouse. It gives me so much comfort that I can't just throw it.
Please, help. What could be the reason and how we could fix it?
Thank in advance

Rgb depends on setting I contact razer technology support. They should have technical members that can help support team. It been 30 plus years since I did the job myself.

But reporting any information and pictures of equipment should help them.

Only other information I can think of right now is wireless adapter is not one from razer. Did the pair software give an error.

Hopefully you get it working.

I did this 2 times but it doesn't work the mouse disconnects when i remove the wire and doesn't connect in 2.4 mode. It only works on bluetooth or wired and when i move to 2.4 mode it blinks the white profile light after few seconds and nothing happens. What should I Do to fix this ?

And could you tell me how the mouse should usually behave when moved to 2.4 mode ? Are the rgbs supposed to turn on automatically on that mode ?

It needs further investigation. I recommended submitting a case here or sending me a PM so I can help you create a support ticket. Thanks for your cooperation.

https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4868 check out this link might help new feature. You can pair it to different dongles. Razer pairing software.

The LED indicators only work with Bluetooth pairing. Once you toggle the mouse button to 2.4GHz mode and connected the dongle to a computer, the device should automatically look for the dongle and pair.

Oh no. Sorry to hear that. Did you try the recommended steps from my screenshot showing how to troubleshoot when there's an issue pairing via a 2.4 GHz connection? Try changing your modem's WiFi channel (non-overlapping channels are 1 to 1, 6, or 11). Also, it's good to connect your computer to a 5GHz WiFi connection and dedicate the 2.4 GHz for your peripherals. Otherwise, link the PC via an Ethernet cable to avoid wireless traffic/interruption. If your device's warranty is still up, please request a replacement from your reseller or send me a PM if you've bought it from the Razer Store (razer.com).

I am also facing an issue with the 2.4 GHz mode in my DeathAdder v2 Pro, The Bluetooth and Wired connections are working fine, Everything including the drivers and Mouse are in the latest firmware, I tried this with wifi turned off,
When i put the slider in 2.4 mode it doesn't turn on the rgb and the white profile light blinks after few second but it doesn't connect with the dongle, Can you tell me how can I fix this problem with the 2.4ghz mode ?

No I don't do that job anymore you would have to contact razer support site and see what they can do for you. https://support.razer.com/
The firmware that I am using is v2.03.00 and the system tells me that there is no newer update for my mouse. The Software I use is MacOS BigSur 11.4, I hope this can help you. Thank you so much

Well if you tried on different hardware then something differently wrong. The firmware or hardware is having a problem. If you can plug in or connect with wifi a technician person might be able to connect and test it. They can also check if it's sending a Bluetooth signal with scanners. But that's more bench work done at factory manufacturing and quality control testing. I report what software and firmware your running and what you tested it on to technology support. With serial number of mouse. Hopefully the firmware is ok and they don't need to release a quick update.
Yes, I have tried pressing the 3 buttons, the 2 sides and the PPP increase button as indicated in the manual and the mouse does not react at all, no lights come on and it seems to be completely off when I put it in BT mode.

The only problem I have is remember button to press after turning it on to Bluetooth. If nothing happens I try to rebind the device. https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5387/~/how-to-pair-or-connect-a-wireless-mouse-to-a-system-via-bluetooth-or-usb-dongle#:~:text=Razer%20DeathAdder%20V2%20Pro,device%20is%20in%20pairing%20mode.

Once you hit the 3 button the lights blinks most of the time. The other times it's binds quick and starts working. If after you follow instructions and can not get it working I try contacting support or check website for other tips.
Did you try putting into binding mode and reminding to Bluetooth.

Did you able to replicate the concern while pairing the mouse to a Windows-operated computer? Please send me a PM so I can help you kick-start a support ticket on your behalf or submit a case here.

Hello, I have the same problem. I am a user of Mack Book Pro M1 and suddenly my mouse has stopped working in BT mode, it only works in 2.4 and USB cable mode. When I try to activate the BT mode the mouse stays black and does not give any signal. I have performed a Firm update and I have tried on a Windows device and the same thing happens, is there a solution? Thank you so much.

I just had the same issue with mi DAv2. I could not connect it by 2.4ghz at the beggining, it worked by cable and with BT. Doing a lot of things ( Updating synapse, re-installing it, lot of programs ) I realize that if I really hard pushed toggle switch to 2.4ghz it works, at first I tried it and notice that the light was turning on, but after some seconds dissapears. I tried pushing it harder and worked, so seems it is a hardware issue and not software.

However I used to have other software problems that I could fixed, but definitely this mouse gaves the user a pain in the neck than solutions. Now I am having problems with razer synapse as it is not detecting the mouse using it on 2.4 ot BT

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing the issue. Please send me a PM so I can help you initiate an investigation. Your immediate response is valued.

Hey, thanks for the quick response. I did try back on a Windows machine as well. The upgrade to firmware was done on the Windows machine. But still irrespective of the host OS, the mouse would go completely dark on BT mode.

Thanks for confirming. I may need to point this out to our Support Team. If you have submitted a support ticket, please drop the case number in my inbox so I can cascade it to the team. I appreciate your cooperation.

I am also experiencing the same behavior. The mouse worked fine until I connected it to Macbook pro M1. It suddenly stopped working on Bluetooth mode, and the mouse is entirely dark when switched to BT mode.

I tried updating the mouse firmware. But after the update also, it is the same issue.

It works fine in Wired and 2.4 GHz modes

It can be also problem with BT module in your PC or the drivers for it.
Check if you have the newest BT drivers installed, if not - update it.

You can also check if the mouse works correctly (or not) on the other PC.

Already mentioned before that I've tested it with different computers as well with a PC laptop and desktop.

The mouse is totally dark. Not working when you switch to BT. Thats not a drive issue of any computer.
Thanks for your reply though.

It seems Razer DeathAdder v2 Pro has a serious problem with Bluetooth. I never go to buy another Razer pro mouse again. And I will tell everyone about this serious problem and the way that Razer and Support Teams handle with it.

I see you found pairing software it very cool so it did pair the mouse and not some other hardware to dongle like a headset. Also did you try upgrading mouse firmware.

I'm on my second Deathadder Pro v2 (first one was replaced under warranty with this problem) that now has the same issue. Toggle to BT, no power, no response. Toggle to 2.4 and there is power and it works. Off mode with a cable works too. I don't know how to recover the BT and don't know what triggered this, it just suddenly stopped working - just like my first mouse.
