As the title stated above, I have this issue where whenever I double tap both left and right earbuds to change songs, all I hear is the beep sound (same beep sound when you pair the two earbuds together), but it only does when I connect with the USB Dongle. It works fine for the Bluetooth connection though. I would like to know what is the issue here and fix it.
Does anybody have this same issue? Let me know.
P/S: I have checked for the firmware upgrade and it's on the latest version including the dongle.
P/S 2: I have paired using the pairing utility on the desktop.
