Well, you may be surprised to know that despite the file size limitations of an SD card, the unzipped file can still work seamlessly without any issues. So, have you tried moving a zipped file larger than 4GB onto an SD card and then unzipping it?

The limitation depends on the file system on the card (FAT32/NTFS/exFAT etc...) not the card itself…
If you’re using NTFS / exFAT, then you’re fine.
