Hello I have a problem with the synapse program 3 I install it and when I start it constantly disconnects my peripherals, It start giving strange commands such as spamming keys foreign characters and start programs ...

is it possible to connect an amazon echo dot to razer synapse?

Amazon Alexa integration with Razer Chroma (Synapse) was announced over a year ago, however as far as I am aware it is not released yet.

How would you create profiles if you're not using Synapse 3? o_O

Synapse 2 tournament mode was just Synapse packaged together with all your existing profiles. It's still the exact same software, and it still required a user account.

With this release, you can skip the account signup and start using Synapse in any environment (online or offline). Doesn't require an account even for "first use".


In the Synapse 3 can it be operational on a mac?

I think that this is a great way to let other people who have never tried razer software out can get a small taste of what it is like.

Not all Razer hardware support Synapse 3. I have the Razer NZXT h440 case. It does not detect in Synapse 3. I hope the Razer CEO the chinese guy can ask the staff to make it works. Thank you


I have the same case, are you saying the green changes colors in synapse 2 for you? If so, it also does not detect my case. I believe the case is solid green and does not change my friend.

Not all Razer hardware support Synapse 3. I have the Razer NZXT h440 case. It does not detect in Synapse 3. I hope the Razer CEO the chinese guy can ask the staff to make it works. Thank you

The guest account really needs to be ported back to Synapse 2. The lack of option for it, and the apparent later removal of any workaround (offline mode) is poor design. It must be far easier to remove/bypass the 'login' feature in 2 rather than try to add all the devices to Synapse 3 - which is not likely to include every single device that currently works in 2?
