i have to agree Razer CS really improved leaps and bounds over the past couple years.
Used to be horrid, but now i can be assured that someone will always respond and take care of me.

I hope this is only laptop wise. I had a few cases with the customer support and they're not that good after all.

I admit Razer has fine support (at least based on experience) but I admit the software has much room for improvement.
