Hello, my Kishi doesnt work with my Realme X2 Pro (Android10). It fits into the gamepad, but the blue light of the kishi is always OFF and the Kishi app says "No Controller connected".
The blue light only turns on when Kishi+Smartphone are connected via USB-C Cable, but not wireless.
I tried to contact the Razer support, but they told me that it is normal that the kishi only works wired. But thats not true, on Youtube everyone can use his Kishi wireless.

I hope you can help me, thx.

Hey there! The Support Team was correct. The controller work with your phone via USB-C connection. To learn more about Razer Kishi, please click this link.

Yes but i cant use It i have a notification but i cant use It why?

you're not able to use it to even move around the home screen? what software version is your Android phone on? and have you downloaded the Kishi app?

The blue light isn't supposed to stay on it comes on when connected then switches off.

If you have a notification on your phone about a USB connected which is recieving power it should work fine.

Quite a versatile gadget. Indeed
Can I get a MSDS / SDS of the Razer Kishi?
this is mobile gaming - and these days most mobile games do not support gamepads natively - you need a button-mapping app...so you bring out a gamepad which costs £80 and don't include the one app you need to even use it for most games.

Yes i stream games and use emulators and i realise this works for all of those - but for mobile games this is not a decent solution if it has no mapping feature included...

As you guys know you cant filter games on the play store by whether they support gamepad or not - but i just found an app that does this for you called "gamevice" - you can arrange by category and it will give you all games that support gampads
Armageddon6026

this is terrible - if they added the mapping it would almost make it the perfect solution...

why do they always improve things then take away things that were good about previous products? i just dont understand it

whats the "game itself function"? If a game supports gamepad then it will automatically just work - if it doesn't then the buttons need to be mapped to points on the screen.....what software did you use to map yours?
Armageddon6026
I mapped the buttons by using the game itself function...
I saw kishi app doesn't have any feature like Octopus plugin....

please can you tell me if there is a function to map the buttons to the tocuhscreen like there was with the Junglecat? The Junglecat partnered with Octopus plugin for this feature...
