Dear Razer team,
Firstly thank you for your products quality and usability! I have got many your equipments (mouse, keyboard, pad, lights ...). Now I've encountered a problem that defies all logic.
I'd like to publicly express my disappointment with your business model and the decisions regarding the mouse segment. I believe I'm not the only one puzzled by this. In fact, I think even some members of your team are likely just as bewildered.
Who decided you sell Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro + HyperPolling Dongle without grip when you sell (same mouse without dongle) with grip? Even I can´t buy it separately in EU? (Donghle, grip)? These grips are a cost-negligible item so why you don´t add it for Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro + HyperPolling Dongle? Razer team this is non-sense

I don't usually write feedback like this, but I bought an expensive flagship product in this segment, and this really frustrated me to the point that I'm considering getting a mouse from Logitech. However, I'll try to cool off and see how it goes.
