I’ve head this headset for a few years now but have only used it regularly for about 1 year. I’ve recently been having a few problems with it.
- Now seems to only turn on when plugged in, will sometimes turn on when not plugged in but will die shortly after even if it has been charging for a while.
- Occasionally makes quiet but very high pitched whining sound, including when turned off and plugged in.
- Frequently makes the disconnected/reconnected sound for seemingly no reason.
- Will turn off by itself frequently while charging.
- Very rarely makes a very loud thudding/vibrating noise. Not sure how to explain it better than that but it sounds like a thud. This has only happened a couple of times though.
Does anyone have any suggestions which could fix some of these issues?
My pc is new so I doubt its a problem with that. I have Synapse installed and I’ve got a Bluetooth razer mouse, not sure if that is interfering with the connection on my headset or not. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
