Device stuck in loading screen (Synapse 3.0)

Hi guys,
I’ve had many weird things happening with my headset over the past years with synapse and I’ve always manged to fix it.
However, this time the device seems to be stuck loading and I can’t access it.
I’ve tried to reinstall the synapse, fix issues in CMD, delete temp files and create a new profile.
None of these have helped.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me on this matter.
