Recently just bought the blackwidow v4 75%. The manual says fn ctrl and num changes the lighting pattern, but mine doesn't do anything at all. Also, I have noticed that when holding down fn, my ctrl does not glow white.
Please help.
I am having the same issue. Initially worked, but now it’s not. I needed to change the lighting in Razer synapse app.

+1If Razer Synapse is not running, then the combination should work.
While Synapse is running it’ll take over the Chroma settings, and the buttons may not work… (yes sounds stupid, but you can test).
idk why, but when you press fn alt 1, 2, or 3, the ctrl key reappears when holding fn, but only for a couple seconds.
