Razer Kraken V3 Pro not updating during firmware stage

im not able to update my  Razer Kraken V3 Pro not updating during firmware stage from dongle version 1.0.6.00 to 1.10.00   iv tried every usb port on my computer when un plugging and plugging it back in and it still refuses to update. the update button is greyed out as well.  also the update fails after 2 mins upon plugging the dongle back in the usb port. how is their no ops to download this new dongle  version when the update keeps failing or refusing to even update. this the second post iv seen and it being completely ignored and not fixed. i can not find any sulution on fixing this.

    também não estou conseguindo atualizar meu fone da razer kraken v3 pro hypesense no firmware pra atualização 1.10.00 eu faço tudo o que pede.tiro o usb sem fio e coloco e ele não permite atualizar queria uma solução rapido paguei caro num produto e nem consigo atualizar sendo que e o proprio atualizador da fabricante eu quero solução.

    Same has been happening to me. Multiple posts here in razer support (I am one of them) and on the Razer reddit, and tech support cases opened. I keep getting directed to RMA the device, but the sheer number of people having this very specific issue with updating to firmware 1.10 on the kraken v3 pro makes it seem kinda clear this is most likely a software issue. I hope we can get some help on this.

    I fix this problem doing this

    Shutdown all services from Razer (all)

    Do all the things, push 10 secs, and waittt a little...the upgrade starts automatically

    Remember, shutdown all services from razer (chroma, etc)

    Works for me on W11 x64

    This firm upgrade fix the problem with dongle (synapse dont show the kraken v3 pro) 😁

    hey @CobreBiceps could u explain a littl efurther teh steps u took to get it to the updating screen and i dont have the prompt to connect or update it via teh wire

    Mine was doing the same till I download synapse 4 then it went through the setup and fixed itself

    The new synapse 4 do all automatic
