Chroma Studios device pairing support

Trying to pair my NAGA classic Edition to Razer Chroma Studios along with my new Razer Goliathus mat but they won't show up in studio for some reason. Anyone know how to help? Using a Razer Blade 15 if that helps.

The Razer Naga Classic mouse is Synapse 2 supported and the Razer Goliathus is Synapse 3. You can try the steps here for further isolation and PM me should you need further assistance. Thanks!
