Over 48 hours and no response from Support

When I scratched the pin number off, some of the numbers are unreadable. I submitted a support ticket addressing the issue. It’s been over 48 hours and I still have not received a response. Should I submit another support ticket or attempt to live chat someone? I’ve bought Razer Gold in the store before and this is the first time I’ve had issues with scratching off the pin number. My support ticket number is 240725-000443.

Upon checking, our Razer Gold Supprot Team sent you an email with details showing that the PIN have been used. Did you notice any signs of mishandling or damage when you received the card? If so, you can check with the reseller. You can also respond to the email if you need furtehr assistance. Stay safe!
