When I scratched the pin number off, some of the numbers are unreadable. I submitted a support ticket addressing the issue. It’s been over 48 hours and I still have not received a response. Should I submit another support ticket or attempt to live chat someone? I’ve bought Razer Gold in the store before and this is the first time I’ve had issues with scratching off the pin number. My support ticket number is 240725-000443.
