Voice assistant has no setting, how do I disable?

I would really like to be able to disable the voice that is telling me all the things that I'm aware that I'm doing. I also would really like to be able to edit my Razer Kraken settings while the headphones are set to Chat as the default. I’m not sure why it has to be in game mode to make adjustments.
