Blackwidow V3 PRO battery shows incorrectly in razer synapse app

When I plug the keyboard in for charging it shows as 100%. But when I disconnect the cable and start using wireless, it shows its charge differently. In short, I take it off because it is charged and connect wirelessly again, but it appears that it is not fully charged.
I just disconnected it and connected wirelessly because the charge was 100%. When I checked the battery charge again from the app, it showed 40%.
Charge indicator is wrong. what do i need to do? Is the keyboard battery bad? Or is the app broken?

Hey, @oguzyukcell!

 

Try to repair your Synapse software. You can also update your keyboard’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
