I just bought the Fujin Pro and I can't register the product because the serial number (which is under the chair) is not recognised. I entered it correctly, there is no symbol that could be confused. This is a genuine brand new Razer chair, bought from a legit very well known huge swiss national reseller.
This is not a fake chair, so why the serial number is not recognised?
I can't even contact the support directly because the serial number is requested to do that. That was not working like that one year ago. I have many registered Razer products and never had any problem contacting the support without the need of the serial number in the first place, even for software related stuff, prior to that. This new practice is shockingly outrageous for a company with such highly priced products.
Now let me be clear, I want to register my chair so, please:

How are we supposed to benefit from the warranty, if needed, if you don't even recognise your very own products, uh!?
