Razer core x chroma and Razer Thunderbolt 4 cable

Hi!

I'm using Razer Core X Chroma with 3090 ti connected to Rog Ally X.
When I use the thunderbolt 3 cable provided by Core X Chroma package everything Works well. When I change the cable to the Razer Thunderbolt 4, 2 m, the Core X Chroma isn't recognized anymore.

What should I do ?
