I just got my new 2023 razer blackshark V2's. Whenever I stream anything for my friends to watch on discord, whether it be youtube or a game, all they can hear is an unbearable static/buzzing sound. AND IT'S LOUD. Everything is up to date. The headset, the dongle, and razer synapse. Ive tried every USB port for the dongle. Ive tried multiple computers. And the second i switch back to my old headphones, everything works properly when i stream. This seems to be a common problem for people. Just google "2023 Razer blackshark v2 static sound" and there are plenty of forums about this. Im very dissapointed, and if there isnt a fix, im going to have to return these headphones. I do love them otherwise... so that would be unfortunate.

just bought set tonight the donlge is the issue. Having same hissng issue. Bluetooth work fine tho.
Same problem, second razer device and it is working very bad, razer has no quality nowdays, i shall write an aritcle soon about it at some influential internet gaming mass media. Sell your shit in china, where u make it
Its not, it will never be, its because of radio static interference. All i read about these enlightend me that its the long problem from firist revisions, and its heard when u max/min volume regulator...
