THX 7.1 with Razer Barracuda

I have recently purchased the Razer Barracuda (not X) Bluetooth headset. Apparently I should have free THX 7.1 surround sound included with it? When I’ve registered the product it says it doesn’t include it but the website states that it does. Also I can’t get the headset connected to Synapse?

 

Any help is appreciated thanks.

Problem sorted, just needed a synapse update :)

It’s available through Synapse, no activation needed.
