Basilisk ultimate does only work in wireless mode

As of today, my Basilisk Ultimate decided to stop working when plugged in via the wire. I’ve tried numerous things like using a different port, installing synapse 4, deactivating the device and installing new drivers etc. But the issue persists. The mouse is properly plugged in, as it is being charged,  just not recognized as a mouse otherwise. In the devices under windows it shows up with “driver error” (see screenshots in german)

Hope this can be solved, as ive seen other people with the same issue posting today.

Just uninstalling every piece of razer software did the trick….. now my rbg is all out of synch, but i guess its better than a non functional mouse.

Having the exact same issue, this just started happening last night.

Exactly the same, I’ve never had any issue with my mouse and this started to happen this morning out of nowhere. The mouse works fine plugged in on another computer.

Same issue here. uninstalling everything worked for me too.

Same.. last time razer.. i really like the feel of the mouse but synapse is the worst

I agree with the rest of the comments. I also made my ticket with a description of my actions about this problem. Nothing works except uninstalling razer software completely.

i found a fix.. go to device manager and uninstall the multiple razer basilisk ultimate under HID (Human interface devices) and then uninstall razer synapse, then restart pc, then install razer synapse and it works.

Mine started working again while plugged in and I never changed or deleted anything so maybe this bug got patched.
