Audio Crackling / Disconnecting | Kraken Kitty V2 BT Hello Kitty

I have had my Kraken Kitty V2 BT Hello Kitty headset since Dec 29, 2024. I just went and checked my messages as I had sent a picture to my friend when I purchased them. I upgraded my PC at the beginning of the month.

 

My headset paired perfectly fine and sounded great for the first couple days, however it began to have audio crackling and cutting out completely, as well as dropping the Bluetooth connection to my PC, and is no longer recognized by Synapse 4. I have tried updating the wireless drivers, unpairing and re-pairing, etc. I have even tried force-disabling the built in microphone within the Device Manager as I had read other users had had luck with, however the issue has not been resolved.
