Why can't I register my product?

I put in the serial number and it says “Unfortunately, this product is not eligible for registration.” with that hyperlink to the warranty policy.

I understand you are having registration issues with your device. No worries, let me help you! Could you please send me a PM together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase so I can check it here on our system, and determine the cause of your concern. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
