i have a problem with my razer chroma where it spams lettrs randomly and spams letterss after being pushed. i cant contact razer support, as every time i try to contact razer chat / email it redirects me to somewhere else.
i dont think i will be buying razer products again, as it is a majour inconvinience for me.
if someone in razer sees this, please contact me!
Guys, it is really a problem, not beeing able to contact you … (is it legal by the way ?)
After I've managed to reach the., they outright refused to replace my faulty keyboard with the claim that Amazon are not an authorized seller, so they canceled my warranty. Their customer service is shit, and I urge you to simply not buy their products anymore.
