Razer Synapse Installation failed due to "Server access unavailable"

I have the same problem, and apparently, it's recurring in users with Windows 11. There are a series of steps to solve it, but it should be corrected in the installer

I’m not sure if there is a solution for this yet, but I am also having the same issue on windows 10. I have been searching the internet for hours now and tried multiple “solutions” all of which still end with the same outcome. I also reached out to support so hoping to hear back from them soon.

I have tried it all telling the firewall to let it through and disable anti virus still nothing , I have a couple weeks left before  I can’t send the razer item back for refund so If no solution by then I’ll get my money back and stay away from any razer product. 

Same problem here. i just bought the Tartarus Pro downloaded the installer and get the same error message.

I have the same problem. Tried every solution I could find online, nothing has worked. I built a new PC with Windows 11, using Razer keyboard and mouse. Tried installing without them connected, no firewall, admin mode, etc. no luck. makes me want to get new NON Razor peripherals. 

garbage software from razer as usual. can’t believe such a big organisation has such trash software

same thing with me i cant download anything from razer i dont understand why because i had it befor but now it doing some bs

For the record, I was on a freshly wiped PC and for some reason updating my motherboard's network drivers fixed it for me. I didn't have issues downloading anything except Razer's app, literally dozens of other apps downloaded just fine. But updating my mb ethernet drivers fixed it and now I can download just fine. I doubt it's the same problem for everyone else just leaving my 2 cents here in case someone is in the same situation as me on a fresh PC
