My Kraken Kitty headset (USB wired) is repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting. I have tried all the steps listed on the website and none of the other threads in the forum I could find have had solutions, either.
This happens more frequently when doing things like joining a discord voice chat, but can happen on its own at random as well. It happens with with and without Synapse activated.
It’s disappointing that such an expensive product would have such a short lifespan. Is there anything that can be done to fix or improve this issue?
