I need new black shark v2 pro 2023 earpads

i am in need of new earpads for my blackshark v2 pro 2023 due to my cat going crazy with the ones that came with it i have contacted support and they say they cant do anything even though im willing to pay! , i have searched high and low for earpads for this headset and cant find any the headset is now unusable as i dont have earpads . to me it is unacceptable on a headset costing £200 that i cant get something as simple as replacement earpads!

I understand entirely. It sucks ass. Replacement earpads foe the 2023 Edition should have been in the replacement parts shop since day one of the headset's launch. But here we are months later with no replacement to be found from the OEM nor thurd-party earpad makers.

I've never had the issues with any other headset that I've had with this one , it is my first razer product and will be my last . If this was a £50 headset I could understand  not having earpads yet but this is a £200  headset earpads should be available I now have a unusable headset and I'm back to my old headset from another company which was a 3rd of the price and  which I've never had any issue getting earpads for ...... razer support have been terrible also .

As of 9-23-23 I asked Wicked Cushions when they would have new cushions for the 2023 model and they said:

”We are still on the early stage of planning to make a replacement earpads for Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 headphones.
It is not going to be anytime soon before we release our replacement earpads for this model.”

So nothing on the horizon.  The cups are a little too shallow for me and get hot quick.  Not sure I’ll keep the headset if I can’t get better pads.

Razer don't seem to care I think people should stop caring about razer as a company and stop buying from them
