My Barracuda x headset are charging too slow. While the normal time to charge are 3-4 hours (according to razer) my headset has been charging for around 9 hours and arent fully charged. But i already searched for razer support and the sites that are created to do it isnt working.

A depleted battery will be fully charged in about 3 hours. If the LED indicator still shows charging or is in red color for 9 hours, that’s not normal. PM me the serial number of your device so I can verify its model and our options for a warranty claim. Thanks!
