Estoy presentando problemas de carga de la batería del teclado Razer Black Widow V3 Pro, en Razer Synapse se mantiene 0%, nunca carga pero con el USB funciona con normalidad. Pero si lo desconecto no ha cargado absolutamente nada de batería. He verificado el Firmware y está actualizado.
