Hello to whomever may read this,
So I got a replacement Nari last March and had no problems soo far, until yesterday. Yesterday I was gaming and all of sudden my headphones lost connection to the pc, tuned off and on the headphones thinking that was problem and it didn’t work. After reinstalling drivers, doing a fresh install of synapse seemed to not fix the problem. Last thing I tired was taking out the dongle and it felt SUPER hot for some reason. I put it in another usb port and it worked for 10-15 mins and after that it happened again, disconnect and kept on connecting like every second rapidly. I took it out from the port and it was hot again to the touch. I did unplug the usbs that are connected close where the dongle to check if my pc was overheating the other usbs and it looks like it wasnt. Does anyone know a fix to this?
