I bought a zike drive usb 4 ssd enclosure and it works really well on every other devices, including a mac, Lenovo laptop and a desktop PC. But it does not show up on my razer blade 17 mid 2021 rz09-0406. And it even works when I pluged it into the regular USB-A port on my blade. When it is connected thru the thunderbolt, the thunderbold controller detects the enclosure, but no new disks show up on either file explorer or disk manager. I think the main issue is that the NVM firmware of thunderbolt 4 on the blade is 25, while intel released version up to 36.
So can Razer provide a newer firmware updater to users? Or is there any other issue that cause my situation?
