I NEED HELP, RAZER MISLED ME WITH THE DELIVERY DATE.

On December 1st, I bought Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 headphones in Italy. I paid 230 euros for them and 20 euros for express shipping. The website indicated they would arrive between Wednesday the 6th and Friday the 8th.

On Saturday the 10th, I have to travel and won't be at my address. I don't have anyone who can receive my package. I don't know what to do. I paid 250 euros, and they changed the date on me. Razer says the package might arrive between the 6th and the 11th. The shipping status says it arrived in Hong Kong today, Wednesday the 6th. PLEASE, I NEED HELP, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.
