loading synapse 3, it cant find my headset, but launching the beta it finds it, says installing the device, then when at %50 it cuts off, help brought these yesterday and only just got them!!!!1
https://steelseries.com/gg Software from Steelseries headphones now works with Blacksharks better then Synapse. I'm using it since Razer made update in November and suck) So try it, there is 7.1 settings also. Fully delete Synapse and get GG SteelSeries
