blackshark v2 not working equalizer and THX special audio

Good afternoon, I bought new razer blackshark v2 special edition, the headphones themselves work, but the equalizer together with THX does not work. I reinstalled the program, downloaded it from the site, but only the temporary THX plugin with a trial period of 15 days helps, and it should work for free in synapse itself since I have a usb sound card included, how can I fix this problem? This is my first time using a Razer headset; I haven’t had such problems with headsets from other manufacturers.
