Hello, today my Razer Seiren V2 X arrived and when i pluged in the pc all was good, windows recognised the mic but the Razer Synapse app doesn`t recognise it.When i tried to put the Serial Number i keep getting this error “We were unable to locate your serial number in the system. Please check that you have entered the correct serial number.”
