My Blade 14 is a few days shy of 12 months old. Most expensive laptop I've ever owned. It's never left my room and is in perfect condition.
I hadn't used it for 2 days, went to turn it on and... nothing.
The charger is working (already had a faulty charger replacement) and I've tried all the troubleshooting steps (holding power button, charger plugged in and out) and nothing happens. The LED doesn't blink or light up at all. Completely dead.
I've seen others suggest disconnecting the battery or the CMOS battery but I don't think I can do either without voiding the warranty, and I assume if it was stuck in a sleep state the LED would still work.
It's my only computer and I rely on it for everything so was hoping to avoid a lengthy RMA process given replacing the charger took over a month (I live in Australia).
Any ideas of anything else I can try?
