Razer Blade Advanced keyboard backlight issue

Hi all, I've just had an issue start with the keyboard on my Razer Blade Advanced. The F2, 2, S, Z and left function key all have the green backlight stuck permanently on. If I choose another colour in Synapse it merges with the green on those keys. If I reduce the keyboard brightness to zero those keys still light up green. I've tried keyboard driver resets and the keyboard firmware and BIOS are all current for my machine. Any other ideas where to look? Cheers, Phil

If you get the same results with and without Synapse running in the background, then there is a good chance that the keyboard needs to be replaced. Do send me the serial number and a screenshot of your MSINFO32. I can use those to check for possible firmware solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
