Razer Kiyo is being detected as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)"

Hi, I just had an issue with my Razer Kiyo and it is being recognized as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" in the device manager. When it is plugged in, the led indicator is turning on and off at 5 second intervals. The ring light does not turn on. And it is not recognized in Synapse. I have tried: - restarting my system - disabling re-enabling in device manager - uninstalling the driver - update the driver automatically - installed Kiyo temporarily as a USB port, delete same driver, restart - updating / reinstalling the USB hub drivers - running Windows hardware troubleshooter (msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic) - cleaning registry - doing a system restore - reinstalling Synapse - connecting it to other USB ports - testing it on other PCs - disabling fast startup - using the firmware updater (but since it is not recognized, I cannot get past the "connect the device to your PC" prompt) I'm trying to manually install a driver but I don't find an RZ19-02320 driver for download. System running on Windows 11, ROG Strix 17 (btw, I tried it also on Windows 10, Dell Precision) Any ideas how this can be resolved?
